
2FC Adds New Windows Facing Atlantic Avenue

Two Financial Center is pleased to announce that eighteen additional windows will be installed on the east side of the building on floors 9, 10, 11 and 12. The installation will be completed by the end of July, 2011. John Cappellano of Lincoln Property Company is managing the construction of the new windows and says that "the floors are flooded with light and the views are spectacular." Integro Moving to Two Financial Center from Seaport

Integro Insurance Brokers today announced that it will move into a 5,805 square feet office suite on the 8th floor of Two Financial Center. The 220,000-square-foot Two Financial Center, Boston’s newest and first Class A office building delivered since 2003, is a joint venture between Lincoln Property Company and ASB Capital Management. The Boston office of KPMG LLP, the U.S. audit, tax and advisory firm, is the anchor tenant of the building, and will occupy floors 2-6 by May of this year.

Integro Insurance Brokers, founded in 2005 as an international insurance brokerage and risk management firm, is relocating to Two Financial Center from 303 Congress Street in Boston’s Fort Point Channel district.
KPMG moving to new Two Financial Center

ASB Capital Management announced that KPMG LLP has agreed to relocate its Boston office to approximately 96,207 square feet at Two Financial Center, a mid-rise Class A office project currently under development by a joint venture comprised of ASB and Lincoln Property Company. KPMG is currently located at 99 High Street and will move to Two Financial Center in May 2010.
As the anchor tenant of the new 220,000 square foot building, KPMG will gain the opportunity to enhance its brand identity within Boston’s Financial District via significant building and lobby signage. The new, state-of-the-art space will enhance workflow efficiency and better accommodate the growth requirements of the firm’s Boston office, which currently includes 692 employees.
